This privacy policy governs your use of a website (‘Website”) and software application via a mobile device (“Application”) that were created by Moforte, Inc. (“Moforte”) The Application a sonic and musical application for handheld devices including “moForte Guitar”, that models the guitar family of instruments collectively (the “Services”).
Data Collected
User-Provided Information: You provide information about yourself, such as user ID, e-mail address, mobile phone number and carrier, etc., if you register for a Moforte account. Cookies Information: When you visit the Services, we may send one or more cookies – a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters – to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets the Services help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. A cookie may also convey anonymous information about how you browse the Services to us. A cookie does not collect personal information about you. The Services use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive or mobile device after you close your browser. Clear Gifs Information: When you use the Services, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the online usage patterns of our users anonymously. No personally identifiable information from your account is collected using these clear gifs. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make the Services better for our users.
