Solid > Hollow
For the "Solid Body" guitar, Resonances are disabled, and the Body Frequency Response is flat. (That's a very solid body - you would not want its strap around your neck for very long.) Selecting "Hollow Body" enables the Resonances and a Body Frequency Response display.

Body Modes
Each Mode of vibration in the Guitar Body gives rise to a resonance in the sound. This page allows you to set the parameters of three body resonances, each having identical Gain, Frequency, and Q parameters. Select Mode N=1, 2, or 3 to edit these parameters for Mode N.
Gain N
The Gain of a mode is just its amplitude in the mix
Freq N
Resonance Frequency of Mode N, in Hz
QN
Q of Mode N

The following parameters appear only in the Guitar Expert menu
Body Decay Time
T60 of Guitar Body Impulse Response (BIR) when its Resonances have low Q values (otherwise a high-Q Resonance may determine the duration)
Body Decay Ratio
Ratio of initial Body Impulse Response (BIR) decay time over Body Decay Time (which is also considered the "final" decay time) - thus, the approximate duration of the initial BIR is given by Body Decay Time times Body Decay Ratio.
